Midnight Romp endeavors to dispatch items as efficiently as possible, in most cases this would be within the following two days from payment received. Some items that are not in stock at the office and are held in the warehouse will be dispatched on the following saturday, this would alter dispatch date based on the day the order is placed. Note: If you require urgent delivery or would like to check the delivery date before placing an order please email sales@midnightromp.com.au to confirm. Sorry items may not be picked up.

All products sent within Australia are delivered by Australia Post. Customers have the option of choosing two methods of shipment within Australia:

1. Australia Post Parcel Post
Parcel Post is Australia Posts regular road service for parcels weighing up to 20kg throughout Australia. Price varies with weight and distance. Note: The parcel post option has no tracking number and is recommended to be used with registered post, otherwise the parcel can not be traced.
           
2. Australia Post Express Post Parcel
Express Post is Australia Post’s economical next business day delivery service for letters, documents and parcels. Next business day delivery is guaranteed to all Australian street addresses and post office boxes within the Express Post Next Business Day Network after dispatch. Express post does not include dispatch time.

Economy Air Mail delivers Midnight Romp products to virtually any address in the world. This economical service accommodates parcels up to 20 kilograms.
           
The Economy Air Mail system offers:

• Fast & efficient delivery - Air mail provides delivery to over 180 countries. As part of our ongoing commitment to providing fast, efficient service, our delivery performance is independently audited.
• Direct departure - Air mail delivery is fast and reliable with articles leaving direct for most destinations after sorting at one of our major Australian centres.

2. Australia Post International Parcel Post - Economy Air Mail           
This is the cheapest overseas delivery service for your parcels to destinations such as North America, the Middle East, Europe and Africa. Ideal when speed is not important. Items sent using Economy Air Mail can take anywhere up to 20 days to deliver depending on your location.

Wrong Size
Please refer to the size chart, the fit of the garment is as it appears in the photograph, models are a size medium. If your purchase does not fit, Midnight Romp will gladly exchange it for a different size (same style & colour) including redelivery fee but not the return postage. Item must meet the return conditions which is to be returned unwashed and unworn with tags still attached in the original packaging.

Faulty
Midnight Romp will gladly exchange any sleepwear that is faulty including return fee postage as long as the item is deemed faulty after being returned, if it is found not to be faulty by Midnight Romp standards item will be returned to the customer at their cost and no refund given. Note: The colour of garments are represented onscreen as accurately as possible however they may vary slightly from how they appear on screen due to differences in computer monitors and resolution.

Change of mind
If you buy a Midnight Romp Pyjama and you are not happy with the item and would like to return it for a refund, you can return within 7 days of receiving the item and email sales@midnightromp.com.au to explain what you are returning. Return to PO Box 167, Annandale, NSW 2038. As long as the item is returned unwashed, unworn and with tags still attached in original plastic packaging a refund will be given minus the original postage and minus a $5 handling fee.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify the customer of this action by e-mail or phone, using the contact information. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received. All orders are subject to availability of stock.
